Bayer Corporate and Business Services (BCBS) was formed in January 2003 as part of the global restructuring of the Bayer Group. BCBS provides business-critical services to Bayer's North American Subgroups: Bayer CropScience, Bayer HealthCare and Bayer MaterialScience. BCBS is a combination of Bayer Business Services and Bayer Technology Services and encompasses the Holding-related activities for Bayer in North America.
